The strength rope is a popular aid in functional dynamic training.
It serves for the development of strength, condition, endurance and explosiveness.
It helps to strengthen the upper part of the body, especially the muscles of the shoulders (deltoid muscles) and arms, but also the abdominal and back muscles. It is easy to use, just secure it to the poles or trees and effectively perform the exercises in different positions – standing or kneeling.
